Jake
This is a picture of my dog, Jake. As you can see he is a black laborador retriever. He is about 12 years
old now and he shares his birthday with my dad. With his age Jake is becoming not as active so he's getting fatter,
lazier, and sleeps a lot. But he is still a good dog, even though he acts like a baby most of the time.
We got Jake when my sister and I were in kindergarden so I don't really remember having any other dog. Like most
dogs are supposed to be, he has been a good companion.

Kitty
This is my cat, Kitty. Ok, you may be thinking "what kind of person names their cat Kitty." Well there's
a story behind that.
A few summers ago some stupid people dropped off a litter of kittens in the country and there was this one
that kept on hanging around our mailbox. My family has never been the "cat" type of family so we just ignored him for
a couple of days. But after a while we began to feel bad for the cat and fed it some food and refered to it as Kitty.
One day we took the cat and dropped off at a barn 2 miles away that had a bunch of other cats in it. That night we felt
really bad for just leaving it there so we promised that if he came back we would keep him. And what do you know 2 days
later he showed up at our mailbox again. The rest is history.
I don't know what kind of cat he is or how old he is, all I know is that he is fat, an attention seeker, and is
afraid of everything.
