This past Spring Break my family and I, along with 17 other people from my hometown, went to Mexico. Specifically
we went to the Grand Palladium Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Before I begin to tell you about my experience in Mexico,
I would like to tell you about the chaos everyone had to go through before-hand.

As you may or may not have known our wonderful government has changed the policy resently on passports and international
travel between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You now need a passport to travel between the U.S. and Mexico. Well,
no one in my family had a passport because we never needed one before, so 6 months before we were supposed to leave for vacation
we sent in our information for the passports.
It took over 11 weeks to get our passports back and they ended up having a problem. So we had to correct the
problem, send the passports back and wait, and wait, and wait. It was a week
before our flight was supposed to leave and we still didn't have our passports. We ended up having to cancel our trip
and what do you know, two days after we canceled guess what comes by FedEx. Our passports.
Likely we were able to reschedule everything and were able to go on vacation and finally relax.
